The world shattered 50 years ago.

Kaskara, an assassin with the power to steal her foes’ souls, would rather uncover the mysteries of that Reformation than abet others in their political
schemes. Employed alongside a team of researchers, she travels to a supposedly uninhabited land to discover and halt the source of lethal explosions.

One mystery leads to another until the group is attacked by a monster believed only to exist in myths and legends. And if the stories prove
true, the presence of one signifies a sea of thousands more to come.

As the inevitable invasion of behemoths looms on the horizon, Kaskara finds herself trapped in a bureaucratic feud between the group’s financiers. She and her new companions must weather the monsters, both fiends and men, to keep their heads above the rising tide.

The world has ended, and Fayza Karabela needs to get home.

Her husband is missing. The fate of her home is unknown. Now she fears her daughter may have vanished along with the rest of her known world.

Fayza must travel down a once familiar path—one that now crosses a dangerous and unfamiliar land—to discover what is left of her loved ones and her life. And she will move mountains to see her daughter again.
